My mother-in-law said she heard this on the radio.
"Two suicide bombings killed 48 people in Iraq on Sunday, including dozens from a government-backed, anti-al-Qaida militia lining up to collect their paychecks near a military base southwest of Baghdad, Iraqi officials said."
