I read this in the Richmond paper and wanted to share it with you.

"Eder Herrera spent three months in jail for the stabbing deaths of his mother and brother. Charges against him were dropped Friday, shortly before prosecutors announced that an ex-Marine accused of killing four homeless men would be charged with the double murder."
