Here is an intersting one:
"Microsoft has won a case against a giant botnet called Waledac, a network of tens of thousands of computers that spread viruses, spam and malware. A judge in U.S. District Court in Eastern Virginia has indicated that he will recommend that the court rule in favor of Microsoft, the company said in a blog . The defendants will have to transfer 276 domain names to Microsoft."
