Microsoft Corp. said today it will start selling its Kinect motion-sensing device for the Xbox 360 video-game console in Japan on Nov. 20.

Microsoft will release a public beta of its Small Business Server 7 by the end of September, as it works towards a more cloud-centric server portfolio.
