El Paso lawyer and former city representative David Escobar turned himself into the FBI at 8 a.m. today. Escobar was accompanied by his lawyer, Sib Abraham. Abraham said he had not seen the indictment, but was confident that Escobar had done nothing wrong.

I heard about this and just found this story.
