My Aunt told me about this.
"A Sioux Falls lawyer facing child pornography charges has asked a judge to dismiss the case, claiming he downloaded the material as part of his official duties as a defense lawyer. Leo Flynn was indicted Feb. 2 in federal court in Sioux Falls for possession and distribution of child pornography.
