A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against the city of Reno over its approval of plans for up to 12,000 homes in a rural area.

I read this in the Manchester paper and wanted to share it with you.
"A lawsuit has been filed against the Woodstock Township Board over a gravel pit permit issued in June. The 26-page document was submitted Aug. 23 to the Lenawee County Circuit Court by attorney Denis Jodis on behalf of township resident Kelvin Welbourne and the Woodstock Preservation League."
