This is the latest news as of September 1st.
"A federal lawsuit accuses Kansas City police of disrupting the 2006 funeral of a toddler by arresting her father at the grave site. The officers had the wrong person, the suit contends."

I heard about this and just found this story.
"A lawsuit filed against Rita Hunter, former Jasper County public administrator, will go to trial Sept. 7. A defense motion asking that the trial be delayed was overruled Tuesday by Jasper County Circuit Judge David Dally."
