LITCHFIELD-As part of an ongoing lawsuit stemming from an issue that has divided the town, a U.S. district court judge recently denied a motion to dismiss claims of religious discrimination by the Historic District Commission as it considered an application from the Chabad Lubavitch of Litchfield County, Inc. and Rabbi Joseph Eisenbach.
