"KNOXVILLE - A lawsuit seeking to invalidate a 2008 amendment to the Knox County Charter can move forward, Knox County Chancellor John Weaver has ruled.In an order issued late Friday, Weaver determined that each of the plaintiffs - Charles "Pete" Drew, Michael Leon Daugherty and Knox County Commissioners R. Larry Smith and Dave Wright - have standing to bring different portions of the lawsuit ..."

Micheal told me about this and I found this story about it at WWW.RGJ.COM on Monday.
"LAS VEGAS -- A lawyer for a former cocktail waitress questioned Republican Gov. Jim Gibbons under oath for a lawsuit alleging Gibbons orchestrated a cover-up after the woman accused him of grabbing her outside a bar in 2006."
