I read this in the Arlington paper and wanted to share it with you.

"Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Porsche SE is not pursuing steps to settle a lawsuit brought by U.S. short sellers in Volkswagen AG stock who claimed the sports-car maker secretly cornered the market in shares and later caused them more than $1 billion in losses."
