My father-in-law said he heard this on the radio.

I found this article and thought I would pass it along.
"Contralateral prophylactic mastectomy (CPM), a preventive procedure to remove the unaffected breast in patients with disease in one breast, may only offer a survival benefit to breast cancer patients age 50 and younger, who have early-stage disease and are estrogen receptor (ER) negative, according to researchers at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center."

My research with Stephanie lead me to this.
"DOHA: The 3rd Breast Cancer Scientific Conference, which was scheduled to be held here from April 24 to 25, has been postponed. A spokesperson from the Qatar National Cancer Society (QNCS) said they will be announcing the new date and venue soon."
