"The Central Highland province of Kon Tum announced on March 5 that it has contained the bird flu epidemic in Bo Y commune, Ngoc hoi district, and disbanded temporary checkpoints in the locality."

The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has said that those districts affected by the ourbreak of deadly bird flu disease are under control. The ministry had declared Kaski, Tanahu, Rupendehi, Chitwan and Banke districts as being affected by the disease, which was international problem.
