After a brief trial Wednesday afternoon, an Aurora attorney was found not guilty of chest-bumping another attorney during a courthouse confrontation. Christopher Carroll was charged with misdemeanor battery after a run-in with Elgin attorney Jonathon Carbary on the first floor of the Kane County Courthouse in December 2009.
