Amanda Kochell, 21-year-old daughter of Laura Lyttle of Hewitt, received congratulations at her school commencement ceremony from Tim McLoone, founder and leader of Holiday Express, a Monmouth County-based organization dedicated to bringing music, gifts and holiday cheer to the less fortunate.
