SPOTSYLVANIA, VA (WWBT) ? 20-Year-Old Kerolos Makhloof was going to be a senior this semester at Virginia Commonwealth University. Police tell us he disappeared into the water after being pushed in by a friend on Friday. He was not wearing a life vest and we are told he could not swim.
