A Hayward teen has been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old Hayward man, police said Monday. Osana Saga suffered a fatal gunshot wound to his torso in a shooting in the 500 block of Cottage Park Drive that was reported at 4:11 p.m. Sunday.
