"A 17 year old youth is charged with robbery with a weapon in connection with an incident on Portage Avenue downtown on Tuesday. At approximately 7:00 p.m. a group of males were in the area of the 300 block of Portage Avenue, when a 17 year old male suspect began arguing with a 47 year old male."
